Feel Good Yoga : stretches for peace of mind 🌼

So what is this Feel Good Yoga ?

So u must be wondering what is this feel good yoga about . So basically the idea of feel good yoga is that it isn’t a Yoga for Muscle building , Weight loss or even Fat loss.

Instead This is a flow for the people who are just starting out or even for the experts who don’t want to go deep in their stretches but just want to “Feel Good”

Doing this Everyday :

  • You will be Flexible enough to do your daily chores pretty easily.
  • Lower the risk of Heart  disease
  • Lower stress levels
  • Increase in energy levels
  • And much more……..

All this sounds interesting right ? , so without wasting any time lets get started :

So the flow consists of 12 Yoga stretches , with the first one being

1. Trikonasana (30sec each side)

This pose helps you open up your shoulder and Hips and also engages your core.

Making this a good exercise to start off to.

2.  Virbhadrasana(30sec each)

A Good exercise that helps improve your balance and posture and also opens up your hips , shoulders and chest . Overall a good exercise to warmup your body

3. Malasana

A very good exercise that opens up your hips and strengthen knee and ankle joints

4. Banarasana (30sec each side)

Good for your core and increases spine mobility

5.Adho Mukha Svanasana(30sec each side)

Once doing the high Lunge directly shift into this asan and hold for a good 30 sec. This pose isnt very beginner friendly but still I’ll encourage you to give it a try , it focuses stretching your hamstring so try giving your best .

6. Paschimottanasana(30sec each side)

After the downward dog ease up a little but also try touching your feet here.(I know you can do this)

7. Gomukhasana(30sec each side)

Take deep breaths and go as deep as you can while getting into this pose .

8. Baddha Konasana(30sec each side)

If you want a deeper stretch , try touching your forehead

9. Viparita Karani(30sec )

Switch into this pose and let go all the negative energy you’ve been keeping all this time.

10. Bhujangasana(30sec)

In my opinion this is the best pose to stretch out your abdominal area and also increases spine mobility.

11. Balasana (30sec)

Switch into this pose and say goodbye to all the backpain you’ve been having all this time.

12. Savasana(30sec)

Finishing off our flow , lay down into a Savasana n Relax your Body and your mind ..

Takeaway

Do this flow whenever you want and as long as you want to let go all your stress and     “Feel Good”.
